Dear Terrace Club,

It's been about a month since we decided to have my father's 60th surprise birthday party at your restaurant, and we're still talking about it. My family has been in the food business, as you are aware, for about 1000 years. We are so happy that we decided to have our party at the Terrace Club because of the incredible service your staff provided, from the bartenders to the passed hours devours, the fast valet and accuracy of the orders; the quality of the food and selection was top tier; and the view and presentation of the restaurant was breathtaking. I know you didn't have anything to to with the layer of snow on Lake Mahopac at the time...but, if you did, it was amazing.
Having 70 people be completely satisfied with all of the above is not an easy task, it takes a lot of work...and to still have friends and family thanking me for choosing you makes me feel like I made the right decision. Thank you for making our family feel great on a very special day.

Amie,
I can't explain in words what wonderful time we had yesterday!! From the minute we walked in to the last cocktail, it was absolutely amazing!! The space looked great, the weather complimented the festive party, that I'm sure everyone will remember for some time. As guest started to roll in, the staff welcomed everyone with smiles, food and drinks.

Alex & I had such an incredible time. We wanted you to know that we appreciate everything you and The Terrace Club did for us. The food was absolutely fabulous, the drinks never stopped flowing and the staff played an amazing part to insure that the day went as smoothly as it did.

Dear Amie,
Now that the excitement is quieting down, I wanted to write to let you know what a huge success our party was. Many of our friends had never been to your establishment and they loved the food and the setting. The food was delicious and the cake was outrageous. Please thank the Chef for the inscription on the cake: Forever Young. Our friends loved it.

Having the entire restaurant enabled us to have the kind of party we envisioned. Thank you for being so flexible in allowing us to put up memorabilia wall hangings. I apologize if we forgot to take all of them down. We were so tired by the end of the party. Also, arranging the dance floor, with the ability to have our own music, was fabulous. We have videos that one of the guests took of us dancing. Everyone was smiling and laughing on the dance floor.

We look forward to seeing you soon as we already have some dinner plans with old friends from Connecticut.
